it's been a little slow at work the past couple of days so i did what i always do, i sketch. while sketching i realized the woman i was sketching looked familiar? after adding a pair of glasses my suspicions were confirmed, i just drew a pic of the wonderful and beautiful miss alie_lynn. upon this realization i decided to dress her up as captain malcolm reynolds cause she seems to be digging on the firefly.
so without further ado here is the project from sketch to finished color peice!
then i remembered she's a lefty so i took the easy fix on that one and flipped the image before inking. i haven't inked witha brush in a long time but i think i did a pretty decent job....
