quick and dirty update:
i have "hired" a second artist to help finish the comic book (which has been in limbo because we could not afford the printing costs).
It has been decided that it will be 5 issues instead of 12 (for time, cost and creative concerns). Fortunately, it has forced me to come up with a much better, cohesive and haunting story.
We have switched printing companies to handle the run because I have secured a more direct contact (Instead of a friend of a friend of a friend, its actually a friend who works IN this company).
The title has been decided as "Loose the Coil"
I should have a CD with some songs done and ready by the end of the winter at the latest. This has been delayed because of faulty equipment, a lack of band mates and the almighty dollar. Its hard to do all this stuff on your own
My webiste is getting an overhaul to compensate for the new music and comic book. And because, quite frankly, i've had it up for a year and it desperately needs an overhaul.
Packing up the truck and driving north for surfing probably next weekend if not this weekend. i want to take pictures.
still debating on whether i should take another job or not.
still debating on whether or not i should go back to school.
