it's been a good weekend.. thursday i wasn't in the mood to go out much but a friend/aquiantance is moving away to toronto and it was his going away party at dissent so i went to make an appearance and to say goodbye etc..

i got home around 830-ish.. in the am... damn those pretty girls and their bottles of gin...

so yes.. it was a good night.. just hanging out with a couple people i've met once or twice and kind of liked and some other random guy

friday was a fun show at dissent.. a couple punkish/psychobilly bands played.. not really my thing but.. for what they played it was really good..i was impressed with the opening band's bassist.. not only did he request wizo.. (wizo!! no one ever asks for wizo!!) he also played a stand up bass while standing up.. big deal you say.. he played his stand up bass standing up on his bass.. or kneeling.. or.. other crazy balancing act things..

tonight was an ok night. alot of friends either weren't out as they were feeling sick or left early.. so..i took off early as well.. but then i ran into a couple of them at the parking lot at wendy's as their line up was too the door i decided screw that and just had an el-cheapo brand tv dinner thing.. (those 97 cent equality brand ones)..

i can see myself getting a bit of a crush on someone again.. it was only a matter of time.. alas.. she already has a boyfriend.. but.. they just started dating so.. you know.. *shrugs* right now i'm still at that point of just not giving a damn.. or.. telling myself that..

all in all.. this was a much needed weekend to re-charge emotionally..
