i felt a need to update but i have nothing worth saying..
thought fragments keep flitting through my head but they're all too fleeting to try and express anything of substance...
so instead.. a quote from a tv show i watched tonight..
"A traveller reaches a large swamp and stops his horse. He sits, looking at the swamp.. trying to decide if he should go around or through it. He spies a young local boy nearby and shouts to him "Hey boy, does the swamp have a hard bottom?"
"It sure does" answers the boy.
The traveller starts into the swamp and begins to sink deeper and deeper, soon his horse can neither go forward or back. In fear the traveller shouts to the boy "I thought you said it has a hard bottom!"
"It does.. you're just not there yet"
