so.. another day, another year older..

wasn't a bad birthday.. could have been alot better but.. it was a step up from last year..didn't spend it in the ER..

i still can't help but be upset by the fact the more some things change, the more others stay the same..

being alone on valentine's day is a kick in the teeth..

and your birthday.. that's just kicking you when you're already down..

problem 1.. i'm painfully shy. especially if i like someone.. i'll try to find excuses to spend time with them but. thats about as forward as i can make myself be.

problem 2.. i have no idea how to meet new people.. the bar is about the only place and the crowd that frequents the bar i normally go to is pretty small and tightknit.. (and most of the pretty girls are taken)
