Grindhouse. . .

so 3 of my friends and i went to see it.. i was blown away..

I clapped at the end of it without even realiziing i was doing it and they wouldn't hear me.. it was everything i hoped for and more..

I did like Planet Terror better but i think Rodriguez is the better filmmaker. Death Proof however was a very well done car chase movie. It was just too bad in the story there wasn't really much of a way to trash more cars. It had the feel of the original gone in 60 seconds (not that agenlina jolie bullshiat) with some Mad Max with the Night Rider parts thrown in.

For anyone hesitant to see it, do not be concerned about the 3 hours.. i checked the time on my phone 3 times during the entire viewing, mostly to see if the movies were almost over or if there was something else that going to be thrown into it..

and those trailers are spot on accurate. There's a couple of guys in London here that put on a Grindhouse night (Vagrancy films) with movies like this one that were made back in the day. They also usually manage to track down old trailers for other B movie/grindhouse flicks and they're the same.

So seriously.. don't miss the trailers.
