eye appointment again today.. eye is healing.. still not supposed to lift anything more than 10lbs.. which is starting to grate on my nerves.. feel fine but have to treat myself like i'm still gravely injured.

saw the new house we're moving to yesterday afternoon.. bought paint for it today.. going to try and make it a home instead of just a place i keep my stuff.. need to discuss with roommates the sharing/appointing of rooms in the house.. have a few problems with their plans so.. that'll get sorted out on friday when i go to start painting..

i keep wanting a cat/kitten after we move.. but.. with a pet comes the responsibilty of feeding/etc. it's as a big a deal now with losing my car but it still will mean i just can't just decide to go somewhere for a couple days on a complete whim.. pros and cons with everything.. i have a feeling fur will win.

still trying to keep up a happy front.. sadly.. it's only a facade but.. doesn't do any good not to pretend so i do..
