so.. tonight was really really fucking hard..

i saw/hung out with *her*.

i think i made myself be normal.. i hope i did.. i really just wanted to stay in a dark little corner today but that's been my reaction in the past and it hasn't served me well..

i think i managed to follow my mantra in situations like this..

i got it fucking tattooed onto my arm..
