so.. communication mix ups meant *girl* couldn't make it on friday..

i consoled myself with too many brownies and such.. and then later thought i was going to die when they really started to kick in.. missed going out for new years but.. being blah aside.. after friday night's mix up.. i really wasn't in a mood to go and be around people..

i guess overall the party was a good time.. only about half the people i thought that were coming showed up.. i think to avoid communication problems like this one.. i'll try and plan something more than a week in advance.. and not have christmas fall in the middle of that week of planning...

but.. yeah.. *shrugs* hope everyone else had a better new year's than me..
