The most bizzare spiritual stuff has been happening to me the last few days. I feel like I am having a spiritual cleansing. It seems to have all started after this Rieke class I had last week. I think my instructor may have opened a shockra or two when she was working on me. I have felt more grounded and in tune then I have felt in quite some time. I am going to have her do a full session and see what happens. What ever it is I am thankful. It couldnt have come at a more perfect time. I guess it is true.....you get what you need.
