This was by far the most bizzare Christmas I have had. A storm hit columbus last week, leaving a couple of hundred thousand people without electricity for days. We were out from Thursday to Sunday. We ended up spending Christmas at Chad's house. He is a single relatively young guy who has never been married or had children. He doesnt really know what the whole Christmas thing means to a 5year old....well....he does now. I think he re-lived the movie The Family Man with Nicholas Cage. One day single guy alone in his home....next day a "family". Chad is officially the boy who saved Christmas though. It would have sucked to have had to had Christmas in a hotel.
