it's the weekend, after such a long and eventful week. i have spent considerable time dying my hair in several colours, and it makes me feel oh so much better - though blonde chops against dark beard stubble is just plain weird.
i have a party to attend this evening, and another which i haven't made my mind up to attend or not.
i have just finished one book and started another, Northern Lights by philip pullman - it's kinda a Potteresque kids book, but weird and scary and i don't know many kids who would like it, and really is probably for grown up kids. not normally the kind of thing i'd read, but, always trying new things...
finally got around to watching The Fog of War yesterday, doco interview with Robert Strange McNamara, secretary of defence during vietnam.....brilliant, such a complex man...compelling.
I tell ya, 2004 was the year of the documentary.
ain't i busy busy busy, anyone want to recommend things i should do and possibly haven't done yet? polls are open...now.
