Today I went for some Reiki??? I think thats how it is spelled? But who am I kidding I am not ever going to win a spelling bee!
It appears as though I am off my center and my energy is not or was not balanced between the left side and right side of my body!.....hmmm how about that apparently my brain is having issues with my emotions are not matching my thoughts??? I dunno what all that is really meaning but I do feel better!
I am really a big fan of going for these Reiki treatments....I am in awe of the energy our bodies put forth into the universe & and how truly messed up a person can feel when they are not balanced. It is so awsome to feel the heat coming off your skin and feeling the energy shift through your whole self! It is comparable to something???what could that something be??/

On a side note I am not sure about this whole blogging bit?? I am an avid journal keeper and writer but I am not sure if all those that wanted to should read some of my more personal passages?
