My birthday is a week away, and I have no idea what to do.
When I was a kid, I always managed to come down with strep throat right around then. My mom called and told people not to come to my birthday parties because I was contagious. It was always an inconvenient time of the year...everybody has Christmas parties or is going out of town. The past two years, I've had finals on my birthday. I'm just not accustomed to doing much of anything to celebrate, though last year my spontaneous dance squad threw a party for me that involved a dance-off, a butter-eating contest, and Seanbaby (without whom a party is merely a get-together). And this year's the big one. The old get-drunk-gamble-and-fuck birthday in these here United States.
So far, my only plan is to make use of my early birthday presenta 1995 bottle of Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame, preferably over dinner. But...where to go? Is the best steak in LA really Nick & Stef's?
Regardless of whether or not I spend another birthday at home, drinking bubbly and watching movies, I'm excited.
But I guess I'll have to stop wearing my "xxx barely legal teenage slut wants your cum" t-shirt*.
*Note: I do not actually possess such a t-shirt, but if I did, I would probably wear it...until I turned 21.
