I am going to Alaska, happily incommunicado for over a week. When I return, I am sure to upload plenty of pictures of myself snarling, fully bundled up, pissed off that I'm not in the Seychelles.
"Flux," you may say, "by your own admission, the cold 'makes you sad.' Why, in Yog's name, Alaska?"
"Internet person," I shall reply, "some things go beyond simple happiness or sadness. Sometimes, you just have to put on your cashmeres and say fuck it, I'm doing this because I gotta. Hell, maybe they make a real fine hot chocolate up thataways."
So, though I loathe vacationing anywhere that doesn't involve getting a tan, I'm going to Alaska. The company will be superb, however. I am pleased.
If I wrestle a bear or something, I'll be sure to get video for y'all.
