bugger it my back has gone again ......spent the last 3 days in bed not being able to move , gotta try and sort out having the op now cant carry on living like this , its no life at all being constantly in pain and shovelling tons of painkillers down my throat

anyhow enough whining now life is still awesome and ive never been happier than i am being with bexxi and our kids , im a lucky man
