Hello world, I have been quiet for awhile but I have been going through a lot emotionally. I want to start by saying that I am a man on a mission. I will not be fat when I am 30, I have been unhappy with myself for too long and it needs to stop, I am doing anything and everything I can to lose the weight that will make me feel good about myself. I will be doing a weekly blog about what I did that week to lose weight, if I had any missteps, and where I am at in my weight loss.

I am also going on a cruise in November, so if anyone has any advice on the best things to do on a cruise ship that would be awesome
