Soo, I am starting my daily blog back up. Basically I am going to be talking about my day and my goals and aspirations for the following day. Today was pretty boring I worked from 6-5 but it was snowing out the whole day and so no business was coming through the doors. After I got home and went to the gym I worked out for a good solid hour and a half. I burned 590 calories not counting the weight lifting I did. I am trying to get in shape for a couple of reasons, mainly I want to be healthy but honestly I am trying to get prepared for my trip to Italy. I am going on a Rick Steve's tour and it is a 9 day pretty extensive trip.
