So I weighed in for the first week and I lost 3.5lbs. I am psyched about this because it kicks me down to a whole other number group YAY. I also started talking to a girl I met on POF tonight. I dont know how far itll go but she seems interesting and we have common interests.

Going to visit my father in rehab tomorrow, he is recovering from knee surgery, he has been walking like a champ so hopefully hes making good progress when I see him tomorrow.
