My father just had surgery on his knee today, didnt get to see him because I got stuck at work and didnt get home until after visitors hours. Going to see him tomorrow hopefully he is up and walking. The doctor said he could walk on it almost immediately. Medicine is amazing, got to love technology. Going to sleep, Goodnight Creepers

Long day at work today. We finally got a GM for our store and I had to spend all day debriefing her to the quality or lack their of our staff. Glad to come home from work and relax for a few. Work in the morning, goodnight creepers.

Just started my diet today. My goal is to get down to a healthier weight and to add more muscle definition.
