Aaargh! I have a splitting headache and I need to finish up my lesson plans for my classes.I am supposed to at least kind of look like I preprared. I am kind of excited though because I am going to be teaching not only a class on sex but also one on drugs. shocked

Two of my favorite subjects smile .Try using a frozen pack of veggies or cold pack on the back of your neck,I find that it helps when I get migraines.You may want to try changing your pillows as well.Just acouple of thoughts that may help.Take care.
