thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. i went out to dinner with my gf. we went to la parillia, this badass south/central american restaurant. then we were supposed to go to a super-secret coalesce show but not only could she not find a baby sitter that would stay late enough, the kid had a fever. oh well. her baby daddy watched her long enough so that we still get to go see sworn enemy, that show was over much earlier.

school starts next week. i'm looking forward to going back. i say that now but once it starts i'll want it over.
