today i got to work and found out my friend damien was fired the day before. which is lame because work was so fucking boring with out that loud mouth bitch. i did get his day off, so now i have sun and mon off instead of sun and tues.

my mom made me take the little miss to the concert in the park tonight. it was kids night. it was fun for her. i thought it was kind of lame. orchestral versions of disney songs just aren't my thing. no but she had a rad time. one of the songs they played was the ku fight song and all the kids were supposed to march. we got in on it and it really was the highlight of the concert.

did some drawrings at the laundrymat afterwards. i kind of surprised myself. i didn't realize how much i had retained about how to draw. a far cry from a apprenticeship, though.
