yeah the tofu had an off-sweet taste and it was a little mushy so I tossed it, probably bad. mmm cucumber tofu pita, sounds pretty tasty... I usually do it on a sandwitch with tofu mixed in with yellow mustard, mayonaise and sweet pickle relish, like a mock egg salad. What kind of ingredients do you thow on the pita?

Yeah, people like that just about rank highest on my intolerable list... I liken that to a two year old that decides to draw all over the walls and then gets angry and hits you when you tell them to stop, 100 percent ego and no calories if you know what I'm saying tongue
