I should be getting a paper done for one of my women's studies classes right now... exploring one (of many) mechanisms of the cinematic gaze, ie: fetishism, scopophilia, voyeurism, ect, within the realm of women as image and man as the bearer of the look. I must say I don't neccessarily agree with everything that the so called authorities on this subject have to say, I guess that could be a starting point for my paper (waddaya know I am already making progress... slacking off isn't so bad then is it?). I have read and reread the texts I am using and I have highlighted all the points I would consider to be important, now I just have to come up with 1500 words to fill the paper. *think think think*
