FINALLY got my friend on the phone. Sadly I did less pirating of her from her douche bag boyfriend than I had thought. She still likes me. She still wants to be my friend. She isn't breaking up with him, but she is willing to give me the occasional benefit

Pretty much established that she and I would remain friends for quite some time, until a fair time after she broke up with the douche bag. (my term. she used his real name) but my problem was that if she could theoretically see the end of the relationship, why not get it over with NOW, save the time and drama later, so that we could promptly kinda...anyway...

Asked her to a Wicked Faire this June that I was invited to. Well...I was coerced to. A band is playing that is...odd, and that I've made my friends listen to. Freezepop is the band. So...now I'll have to go find a motel/hotel room to stay in when I find out where the frigging thing takes place and when.

Oh well...at least I get something every now and then...
