Busy Busy Busy week!

Snoopy's fucking ice show is almost over, yay! I'm so over it! I didn't get the position at work, but two more positions are opening up......dare I get my hopes up again?

I saw RENT last night. Fucking amazing! I swear it's the best musical EVER! Needless to say "She" took me. It was a surprise X-mas present, sweet huh? The show itself was a tour, so not as good as the full production I saw in SF but it was way better because of the company I had with me

The story and Lyrics of RENT really make me think about a lot of things. My favorite line is:

"I think they meant it
When they said you can't buy love
now I know you can rent it
A new lease you are, my love
on life-Be my life"

Powerful words! It makes me smile! So many times I get sad thinking about past relationships and how they failed. It makes me sad, but then again I think about how lucky I was to have that love and that experience in the first place. New relationships are very scary too, but no matter how they turn out I think we're blessed for getting to experience that person and all they have to offer. Either way you win!

Maybe love isn't for us to keep, you can't buy it. Renting love definately seems more appropriate.
