Well, the sale is going through on my old house. When I told them they'd pissed me off and weren't getting anything else out of me, they caved and agreed to no money for repairs at closing. The new house is basically ready for move in except for a few minor cosmetics.

Building that fence has been a great work out. It keeps me lean and I'm sore all over but that also means that my muscles are swollen and making me look buff even though I'm not. I've got that sweaty unshaven manly thing going on. Come on; admit it. You know you want me. I should have fat people bust rocks for my fence post holes and charge them as a weight loss program.
