I've accepted an offer on my old house and they want to close in 3 weeks. This couldn't be better timing for me because I anticipate moving into my new one at the end of this month.
All I have to do is have the inspection done on the old place and get them to the closing table.
Now I've got about a billion things to do and it's busy at work so I can't get time off, but the puppy and I should be all set up in the new place soon. "Moving to the country gonna eat a lot of peaches..."
