I'm such a whore, and not the fun kind either. I had a ton of stuff to do on my days off, but I lost one day to yet another dive team call out (I know I write way too much about work and it must be boring. Sorry) and I gave up today to work an off duty job that paid twice my normal sallary. With the move to the new house coming up about the end of the month or so, I couldnt' resist the money.
My little cabin in the hill country is coming along so f-ing awesome! It's right down the street from where they shot the new Alamo movie. It has a 50s diner style kitchen, and I'm going to go for a WWII theme in the office. Most of the new furniture will have to wait untill I sell my old place though. I've still got this lame 80s black lacquer stuff that I've had since high school and It will have to do for the first month or two.
