Actually, I will be in Austin next weekend. Tattoodolly is a manager for one of the rollerderby teams, AND she started a cheerleading squad for the team, so I plan on attending my first rollerderby this weekend. biggrin Which police department do you work for? I'm totally facinated about the whole diving thing!

Enjoyed reading your journal. It reminds me why I'm here. I was a domestic violence counselor in NYC...and you're right, people suck, the system sucks, and I had to get my ass out of there. I got tired of fixing people and yeah, decided to fix cars instead. So now I'm in school at Universal Technical Institute.

Being a domestic violence counselor, I had to deal with the police a lot, and seriously, that's not a job I envy out there. You guys have it rough.
