Finally closed on the house a few weeks back. Kicking out the tennants upstairs. They have till march 31st to be gone. I CANT WAIT!!!!! I will never rent to anyone under 21 again. This couple has been more inconsiderate to their neighbors than anyone I have ever met.
Friday a few friends and myself journeyed across the great river into Philly. Hit a few bars in center city before heading back to the regular watering hole. Just about everyone met up @ Brannigans. They had a Sublime "tribute" band. The Band wasnt badm and it helped that Id been drinkin since 3. All in all it turned out to be a good St patricks day.
