some friends of mine are preparing for a comedy retreat of sorts for next summer....
the idea is to go out to the woods for a weekend with no distractions (no TV, no movies) and just make each other laugh....this could be either really funny, or really unconfortable... oh and there would be a great deal of alcohol involved...
what is spurring this on... well we'll be 25 by that point... a pretty sad state, our 20's will be half over and we're afraid we may be losing our edge as of becoming slave to the real world
also one firend is engaged...you know him/or don't know him as mgevol...because he is not very active on the site...he just like the ladies
well thats when he will begin his married life an unfortunately take an even bigger step toward adulthood....
one hat I cannot fathom taking at the point in my life
so i guess this is kinda like a last hurrah until maybe it can be rehased in the 2020's Big Chill style... except with 1990's music...
hopefully i won't be the dead guy

My advice: it's the adults around you making you feel like you're 'gowing up' or 'have to grow up'... fuck them, and play your toys regardless of what they think, whenever you can.
