Today I have relearned something which I sometimes take for granted:
ADD and OCD do not mix very well.
I was trying to hang a picture in my apartment. It is a large walk up attic that was converted into an apartment. There are storage compartments in the eaves of the attic with doors that close to conceal the things inside. The wall is about 8 feet or so long. The center of the door is at 4'9". So...when I have the painting centered on the wall, it looks uneven with the door. If I have it centered with the door, it is uneven on the wall.
What a pickle I was presented with, let me tell you.
The final decision? I put it halfway.
I may be training to be a lawyer, but I still think like a chemistry/chemical engineer major.
