Well, i called my mom last night and she is okay. Infact, she didn't even mention hanging up on me (I had told her that I was sick of her pessimistic attitude towards every facet of my life, and that I was going to hang up if she didn't stop...she hung up on me....that was a week and a half ago) or anything about our previous conversation. I believe the fan in my computer is clogged up with crap...so I'm gonna go home today and unscrew it all...well I can't really fuck it up much more than it is already!
I had a long chat with a co-worker/friend today about favoritism, and how I am the manager and just because I hang around an employee a little more than the rest, it doesn't mean that I like her more as a co-worker...apparently certain friends/co-workers of mine were getting a little jealous, and felt they couldn't talk to me about work issues 'cos I am hangin' out with someone other than them. Can't people see that work and social lives are seperate entities in their lives. Can't they understand that, as their manager, I work with all of them, they are all equal, they all will piss me off, and they are all my friends (whether they get along amongst themselves, which is never, or not). I go home, I try not to talk about work to any of them, I hang out with all of them, I keep my work emotions seperate from my friendships out of work.

None of this prolly makes any sense to anyone, and no one prolly cares, but seeing as my sig. other doesn't want to hear about it (grrrrr...) I needed to vent somewhere. Fuck people, well not all....
unless I'm involved (tee hee!)
But I am happy now.... yay!
