Ahhh...what am i supposed to put on the first two lines of the release form??? SCENE, ROLE etc... and the $ amount... anyone know???

YAY! I got the internet finally...however my computer keeps crashing now (every 20 mins or so) and then I have to hit it multiple times before it'll work again (boo!)
