Thanks for all the birthday wishes! It's been an eventful weekend, but all very good. I accepted a job offer, starting on Monday. Production Manager at Live Nation Studios in Beverly Hills. I was about to accpt one of the other jobs but not totally enthused about them when an interview for the wrong job at Lve Nation turned iinto a call from the right guy latr that day, someone who knew me from th heyday even. An offer on the table within 24 hrs, 2 followup calls on Saturday to try and convnce me to say yes...so I did. I'm going to be into a hornets nest of activty, no rest for the wicked until maybe December, but it's a perfect fit for me.
Even better, rxdxt asked me to housesit for him during July, so don't need to find a new place just yet. I need to get a bike, since his house in only 2 miles from the new office. No use driving such a short distance every day, but just too far to walk.
Be seeing a load of movies lately. Distrct B13 and Nacho Libre are the recent standouts. Can't wait for the opening of Who Killed The Electric Car on the 28th of June, and then the Will Farrell racing movie.
