My EKG & echo cardiograms came back all normal, perfectly strong heart. Blood pressure normal at 120/80. Cholesterol within 5%, so just a bit of work there. No HIV, syphilis or prostate problems. Only the high uric acid causing occasional outbreaks of gouty arthritis, with a prescription to help lower that. Add to that the clean record from my dentist, and I'd say I haven't...

Went to a doc for my ankle, and I never go to docs. Got a full physical while I was there.
All my bloodwork was good, slightly high bad cholesterol, slightly low good cholesterol, high uric acid (which is in the chain of events causing the ankle pain). Time to start eating smart again and finding time for working out.
