We got some crap out of our basement today that was destroyed from a flood a while ago. Bunch of childhood shit left. My brother no longer has a remote control car. There is no longer a tactile evidence of my father's expertise at the crane game. There goes Waldo. Dr. seuss is no more. I found an old planner from gradeschool. I was surprised I kept one, then I noticed it was being graded.

Yesterday I tried to start cleaning up the junk pile in the backyard. Mostly it involved hacking away at the brambles and undergrowth that had grown over it. I think the tree might be able to stay though.

I love the movie almost famous. It's one of them that I can watch again and again. It might be because I think the main female star/lets are really cute. It might be because I dig music. It might also be because it's about an awkward nice guy. Heck. It even has a scene were three beautiful girls dance around him chanting deflower. That's something my life has been needing.

I should shave some. Life is good. I need to find a job. The economy is scary. Particularly because I was looking for something in finance or economics or business or whatnot. Maybe I should take one of them teach english elsewhere jobs until things cool down, by which I mean heat back up.

Either way I want to move back out of my parents' house and try to set my own "Valhalla of Decadence" back up.

P.P.S. About Almost Famous. Fuck what I said before. Main thing. The music is amazing. Oh... And it's a great movie.... And I am thrilled to hear every clip of a song... So I guess exactly what I said before. Never mind.

p.p.p.s The best part about watching movies while drunk is that they make me sad. They are really touching right now.
