A double post this evening. I decided to imbibe. Things have gone well this evening. As long as I don't get too too too drunk and drunk dial people everything will be peachy. I'm hanging out with a pretty friend tomorrow. I know for a fact she doesn't want to go out with me. I'm too much of a brotherly fatherly sort of figure. I don't know how I managed that. I was an o-aide when she showed up, but all the o-aides I ever knew besides me were sex symbols. Grins.

comes from being a nice guy maybe? Awkward certainly. A friend who works at a company I applied to agreed to check out my resume and pass it along. Also that same pretty friend had promised me a date for ages. I want to see a bad horror movie that is coming up. So I called it in based upon that. A friendly setting where it won't be awkward. Too awkard anyway. Worst case scenario I get to see a movie I want to see with a good friend of mine and I get too pick up the tab with no complaints.

I know she doesn't see me as someone she would go out with. I just can't help but ask her out when I am drunk and she is bothered by how guys are assholes.

I mentioned once while we were hanging out that I'm tempted to take her up on that date so that I could ask her this "If you where a Pirate would you keep you parrot on this shoulder or this one?". I feel almost obliged to ask her. Worse case scenario she laughs and we stay friends. Medium case scenario she lets me put my arm around her for a movie and we stay friends. Best case scenario I put my arm around her and she likes it.
