thinking back on my trip to disneyland, i recall long lines and costly tickets that were quite easily worth it. A childhood fetish always makes Alice's Adventues in Wonderland my favorite ride, but i'm young, and it scared me a bit...but i kept my eyes open as much as i could.
The roller coasters there are the kind with only ups, downs, and unexpected turns, no loops. This does not make them any less stressful, or any less fun. In fact, I don't think there's any in the world I'd rather be on.
I love the costumed characters. I like how they spend time with you, like, at the character breakfast, and they talk to you without using so many words.
*sigh*
I'm home now. It's not as nice here, I've so little to do, so few to keep me company.
I'm going to see lots of live music this weekend, and although I've been waiting all year for this festival, I have this week made better music than I'll probably hear or see.
I should stop listening to Pulp...they make me speak in extended metaphors, and, aside from my not being very good at metaphors, people that talk in metaphors can shampoo Jack Nicholson's crotch.
*sigh*
I hear now that the happiest place on earth is in California.
