Back from Madison it was fun hung out with my friends and brothers, drank a bit, ate some good food

finally got a job start wed. delivering pizzas for topper's
i'll be working late nights/early mornings so i hope it won't be to harsh

Ha! and get this my parents came down to Madison sunday so we could all do a belated birthday dinner for me and when i told my parents that i got the job meaning i wouldn't have to ask them for money my dad told me to keep looking! saying shit like 'they have you use your own car and do give a fuck about it, promise tips will be so good but never deliver, blah, blah, blah'
thanks dad finally things begin to be getting better for me and he can't say "that's wonderful, good for you, etc." no it's "do better!" and not in a enchouraging way as "i think you could do better for yourself, maybe you should keep looking if you want" it's more like "damn it David, even though every time we speak to each other I can only pester you about finding a job now that you found one i still not happy with you"

maybe because the only things we talk to each other about is my seach for employment now that i do have a job dad's afraid of not having anything to talk to me about? yet somehow i doubt it
