AH HAAA!!! You, YOU said on wadewalkers's journal: "Woot Woot What fun!!". It IS some secret Canadian code! And I just found it by accident, after reading about the lovely seranading that Bettina got from him (damn, he's clever)...hmmmn, I must google this "Woot Woot".

(does it always require an "!" ?)
