Although I want to loose weight, to get back to the size I was pre-pregnancy, I definately get frustrated when anorexic size models/actresses/popstars get applauded and become more famous, for being ridiculously underweight.
I have a sister who is naturally very slim, straight up-and-down. And I know that some people's body's are naturally made that way, but that's not the 90% of famous people that are in magazines, who claim to not diet, yet are still a size nothing.
Such a bad exampe to set for young girls.
My ex-boyfriends sister was 10, and sat next to me once, grabbed her teeny tiny pre-pubescent thigh, and said "I've got such fat legs". Where does an 10 year old girl get that from, if not the media?
Girls should be applauded for being their natural size, and the size they feel comfortable and healthy at; not at being some pre-conceived idea of what makes a woman attractive.
Lots of arguing with the boyfriend at the moment. I hate fights.
I want there to be more of this-
Going on holiday in a few weeks. I'm doing what I did last year and going with friends & family to Center Parcs. I love it 'cause it's lots of fresh air, swimming, long walks and stunning scenery.
