So medicaid did not approve the ct scan because there "wasn't enough evidence to support it" so it didn't happen. Now I have to wait until Tuesday morning to have an ultrasound done instead. God I hope it doesn't end up being my gallbladder. Gallbladder problem = surgery = possible 6 week waiting list = no insurance because my medicaid runs out at the end of the month and we can't afford insurance on our own.
This fucking sucks! I'm living off Lucky Charms and Gingerale because I can't eat or drink anything else without my stomach freaking out, I've lost 10 pounds in 1 week, and I feel like shit, but medicaid doesn't think I'm "sick enough" to skip the bullshit and let the doctor do what she thinks needs to be done.
I just want to know what's wrong with me so it can get fixed so I can eat again. Preferably the kind of fix that comes in pill form.
