Well, I had something written, but have decided it was daft and miserable considering what it was about. So, instead, here is a brief breakdown of a rather boozey weekend.

Friday: Missed the work summer party, free booze and food, to go to a free performance on the south bank for a friends birthday. Met several lovely people, including one of the most gorgeous girls I've ever laid eyes on. Somehow, although being drunk enough to fall over a low chair, and fall almost flat on my face in front of a restaurant fairly full of people, I managed to snog her. Quite a lot. It was great. I believe a further date was proposed by me, which she accepted. Although she may well have been very drunk as well, so I'm not sure where that's going to go.

Saturday: Woke up full of the joys of life, and super hungover. Helped lift many heavy things to help my sister move house. Incidently, the girl from the previous night was an old school friend of my sisters, and I've known her for many years, although haven't seen her for most of them. Few drinks in pub, shit eating grin firmly in place for the whole day, yay!

Sunday: Most amazing start to an F1 race ever. Then pub for friend's 30th. Lovely beer garden, very empty, lots of beer and one fantasic steak sandwich. Drunken play wrestling leading to...........

Monday: Morning visit to the hospital for an x-ray on my thumb. Slightly chipped the bone. Did nothing all afternoon at work. Just had a very tasty home made burger and having an alcohol free night.
