With the glorious start of the New Year I have met two incredible ladies. One I am going out with on a date this Saturday. This will be elaborated more on in this blog. Then the other lady, I met recently, helped her with her friend and we just clicked.
Girl number 1
Let us call her Janet. I met Janet at the bar in front of my house. We hit it off and just enjoyed talking to each other. She had just mentioned that a “booty call” told her he loved her. I laughed and she showed me the text. I played it off and just continued to talk. Who am I to judge right? So I decided to ask her out for the next day. Which she accepted, a pretty bold move but, I want to show the confidence that I have on the outside now.
After falling asleep I gave her a quick text in the morning. No response after a quick call, she called me back to cancel and then she rescheduled the date. This is a good sign to me, mainly because she wants to see me again. This is good. We start texting back and forth, good conversations that have a beginning and an end. After talking for a few days it turns out that I went to grade school with her little sister. Now this makes things awkward. Not for me, but for her. Now we still have the date but I am having a hard time thinking how this will play out. I have good thoughts I just hope she goes into it to see where it goes rather than just going on it for whatever sakes.
Girl Number 2
Let us call her Alex. I just met her a few moments, and her friend was drunk. I was helping them out, not for bad purposes but just to help out. She seemed to be into me and, we just talk while her friend was sleeping at the bar. I made sure she was okay. It was closing time and her birthday. This was okay and I told no one to mess with her. We are talking and I get her phone number. So I go in for a kiss and, she doesn’t like to be kissed in public. So I grab her hand and head to a place a little more secluded. Just as her cab shows up, so naturally she goes outside and hails it down. I ask the person to go inside and right there we kiss for just a few moments. Her lips were soft and just perfect. I admit, I had dirty thoughts about things. So I get them all squared away and go to save her number. Then it gets deleted from my phone and I needed to text her today. I ran outside and the cab was still there, I ended up going to run after it and it pulled into traffic. As of now she hasn’t texted me and I need to get a hold of her. She was sweet and I don’t want her to think I didn’t like her.
Just my luck, but hey, I have hope because I think this year will be a good year for me.
Any advice you have I would appreciate it.
