On the SF note... I've been sort of in hiding for a little while, so I'm eager to get back to civilization. Luckily, I have a sublet lined up already so i have time to scope and figure out what hood I want to live in an such. I think that's been my biggest gripe everytime I've moved to a different city-- that I would have preferred to learn the neighborhoods better before getting a place. I've lucked out a time or two with that, but mostly, I've only wished for other neighborhoods.
