Wow. Saw Harry Potter last night and, my *God*, it was HORRIBLE. And not because key elements from the book were left out of the movie; that's to be expected in a 2.5 movie, and I reconciled myself to that fact even before I stepped into the theatre. But, when I go to watch any movie, I expect, oh I don't know, acting? Some semblance of directing? Timing between the actors in the scenes? Sigh, this movie lacks ALL of that.
Oh sure, there were a few parts where I chuckled and was amused. But, for a 2.5 hour movie? I shouldn't be able to count only five separate times where I'm amused. Bah.
