Had a few extra days off on top of the long weekend, went "home" to catch up with a few friends, had a bit of a Back To The Future feeling to it, Hello McFly! still I had some fun, went to the local Pistol club and released some city frustrations on targets, the 9mm and .45's were cool but the pump action shotgun was the killer, 5 rounds in a row and you know about it. Had a ride around on some classic motorcycles, pretty odd to think that these were the best machines in their day they are just so odd.

Looking forward to the final of the Wellington Roller Derby in November, last bout they had 800 spectators and now have a really good venue, this sport seems to be growing quite quickly in NZ with about 6 cities having derby leagues in what appears to be a short period of time. Always good to see a bit of girl on girl action.
